Welcome to FlowIQ Systems (“Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using any FlowIQ Systems services, you (“Client,” “Contractor”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before completing payment or accessing your client portal.
1. Services Provided
FlowIQ Systems provides automation systems, CRM setup, AI-driven lead management, booking tools, and optional Google Ads management services depending on the plan selected.
Plan A – Automations Only
Includes:
• CRM Setup
• Lead Pipeline Setup
• AI Roofing Assistant
• Automated Follow-Up Sequences
• Missed Call Text-Back
• Calendar & Scheduling System
• Dashboard Reporting
• Unlimited Support via Email
Setup Fee: $1,500
Monthly Subscription: $1,000
Plan B – Automations + Google Ads Management
Includes everything in Plan A PLUS:
• Google Ads Campaign Buildout
• Keyword Research
• Weekly Optimization
• Conversion Tracking Setup
• Ad Copywriting
• Monthly Reporting
• Unlimited Support
Setup Fee: $1,500
Monthly Subscription: $2,000
Ad Spend: Paid directly to Google by Client.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Setup Fee
The setup fee is charged immediately upon signing up.
2.2 Subscription Billing
Monthly subscriptions begin on the Effective Date and renew every 30 days unless cancelled.
2.3 Card-on-File Authorization
Client authorizes FlowIQ Systems to securely charge the payment method on file for:
• Setup fee
• Monthly subscription
• Any additional approved services
Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method at all times.
3. Contract Term & Cancellation
• Agreement is month-to-month.
• Client may cancel anytime with 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused days.
• FlowIQ Systems does NOT guarantee a specific number of leads or revenue.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate business information.
• Respond to onboarding communications promptly.
• Provide access to ad accounts (if applicable).
• Maintain an active payment method on file.
• Follow all advertising regulations in their area.
5. Provider Responsibilities
FlowIQ Systems agrees to:
• Provide services listed in the selected plan.
• Maintain system uptime to the best of its ability.
• Provide ongoing email support.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
6. Google Ads (Plan B Clients Only)
For clients enrolled in Automation + Ads:
• Client pays Google directly for ad spend.
• Results vary depending on competition, budget, weather, market, and other conditions.
• FlowIQ Systems does NOT guarantee a certain number of leads, sales, or revenue.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowIQ Systems is not responsible for:
• Leads not closing
• Contractor performance
• Weather delays
• Market fluctuations
• Business decisions made by Client
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.
8. Termination
FlowIQ Systems may terminate service at any time for:
• Non-payment
• Harassment, abuse, or misuse
• Violation of advertising rules or laws
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all business information, credentials, and system data.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, submitting payment, or using FlowIQ Systems services, Client agrees to these Terms of Service and all associated billing terms.
